The sacred land of Chhattisgarh is not only the birthplace of Mata Kaushalya but also the maternal home of Lord Shri Ram — a matter of immense fortune and pride for us. Lord Shri Ram spent a major part of his fourteen years of exile on this holy land of Chhattisgarh, which is illuminated by the divinity of devotion, sacrifice, and righteousness. Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai expressed these thoughts while addressing a memorial gathering organized at Maa Kaushalya Dham, Jamdi Pateshwar Ashram, located in Bade Jungera village of Doundilohara block in Balod district.
