Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 13 development projects worth ₹40 crore 89 lakh 26 thousand in the Farsabahar region of Jashpur district, marking a new chapter in the area’s comprehensive development. Among these, four projects worth ₹4 crore 16 lakh 41 thousand were inaugurated, while nine projects worth ₹36 crore 72 lakh 85 thousand were initiated through bhoomipujan (groundbreaking ceremony).

The projects inaugurated by Chief Minister Shri Sai include:

  • Construction of a 1.70 km road from Maskamara to Lavakera Main Road at a cost of ₹1 crore 81 lakh 32 thousand,
  • Construction of a 1.00 km approach road to Ambakchar in Jashpur district at a cost of ₹1 crore 29 lakh 56 thousand,
  • Construction of an RCC culvert on the Singh Tola Deepak Ghar to Main Road approach in village Lavakera at a cost of ₹10 lakh, and
  • Construction of a 0.90 km approach road to Mundadih in Jashpur at a cost of ₹95 lakh 53 thousand.

Similarly, the nine development projects for which the Chief Minister performed the bhoomipujan include:

  • A Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant at a cost of ₹31 lakh 38 thousand,
  • Construction of an 11.50 km road from Pamshala to Saraitola at a cost of ₹23 crore 96 lakh 94 thousand,
  • Construction of a Rest House building in Farsabahar at a cost of ₹1 crore 72 lakh 55 thousand,
  • Construction of a Post-Matric Scheduled Tribe Boys Hostel building in Kolhenjhariya at a cost of ₹1 crore 91 lakh 51 thousand,
  • Construction of a Post-Matric Scheduled Tribe Boys Hostel in Farsabahar at a cost of ₹1 crore 91 lakh 51 thousand,
  • Construction of a Pre-Matric Scheduled Tribe Boys Hostel in Lavakera at a cost of ₹1 crore 52 lakh 97 thousand,
  • Construction of a Pre-Matric Scheduled Tribe Boys Hostel in Pandripani at a cost of ₹1 crore 52 lakh 97 thousand,
  • Construction of a Post-Matric Scheduled Tribe Boys Hostel in Pandripani at a cost of ₹1 crore 91 lakh 51 thousand, and
  • Construction of a Pre-Matric Scheduled Tribe Boys Hostel in Tapkara at a cost of ₹1 crore 91 lakh 51 thousand.

On this occasion, Member of Parliament Shri Radheshyam Rathiya, MLA Smt. Gomti Sai, District Panchayat President Shri Salik Sai, District Panchayat Vice President Shri Shaurya Pratap Singh Judev, Vice President of Jashpur Municipality Shri Yash Pratap Singh Judev, former Parliamentary Secretary Shri Bharat Sai, Collector Shri Rohit Vyas, Superintendent of Police Shri Shashimohan Singh, Shri Vijay Aditya Singh Judev, along with several public representatives and distinguished citizens, were present.
