At the national event of Tribal Pride Day held in Dediapada, Gujarat, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi specially appreciated the leadership of Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai during his address.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi said that the increasing participation and leadership of the tribal community in the country is becoming a new identity of India’s development, and in this direction, the role of Chhattisgarh is extremely important.

The Prime Minister said that democratic participation is essential for the progress of any society. He stated that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, who comes from the tribal community, widespread development is taking place in Chhattisgarh, and decisive progress is visible in all areas in a positive direction. He added that the representation and empowerment of tribal society in every dimension of governance, service, and development proves the true strength of the mantra “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” (Together with all, Development for all).

Referring to his recent visit to Chhattisgarh, Prime Minister Modi said that a few days earlier in Raipur, he inaugurated the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Memorial and Tribal Freedom Fighters Museum. He said that this museum is a grand symbol of Chhattisgarh’s tribal history, tradition, art, and sacrifice, and will be established as a national heritage for future generations.

The way the Prime Minister appreciated Chhattisgarh’s tribal community, their culture, and the ongoing efforts for tribal upliftment in the state has increased the pride of the entire region.

Reacting to the Prime Minister’s words, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that the honour given by the Prime Minister is encouraging for all the people of Chhattisgarh. He stated that the state government is working with full dedication for the all-round development of the tribal society, based on the Prime Minister’s mantra of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas.” The Chief Minister said that with the Prime Minister’s guidance and encouragement, the state has seen remarkable progress in tribal empowerment, expansion of basic facilities, education, health, livelihood, and cultural preservation.

Expressing his gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji is the pride of our nation. The tribal society of the country is grateful for his affection and generosity. Every word he has spoken for Chhattisgarh is like nectar for us. Accepting his affection as a blessing, we dedicate ourselves with even more enthusiasm to serving Chhattisgarh Mahtari.”

Reaffirming his commitment, the Chief Minister said that by accelerating the state’s development journey, the government will contribute fully to achieving the Prime Minister’s vision of a ‘Developed India’ through building a ‘Developed Chhattisgarh.’

In conclusion, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that the Government of Chhattisgarh is continuously working to realize the identity, self-respect, and aspirations of the tribal society, and with the blessings of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, this development journey will become even more dynamic, effective, and widespread.
