An Brilliant IAS couple from Madhya Pradesh Cadre Mr Rishav Gupta and Mrs Bhavya Mittal, recently received awards from the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, at the 6th National Water Awards ceremony in New Delhi.

Brilliant IAS Officer With Thousands of Qualities Mrs Bhavya Mittal, the Collector of Khargone, received the award for the district being adjudged the Best District in the Western Region for water conservation efforts.

Smart Reliable, Honest, Dedicated and Visionary IAS Officer Mr Rishav Gupta, the Collector of Khandwa, saw the Kaweshwar Panchayat in his district receive the second prize in the Best Gram Panchayat category.
Both Brilliant IAS officers were recognized for outstanding work in rainwater harvesting and public participation initiatives under the “Catch the Rain” campaign of the Ministry of Jal Shakti.
