Those who got their PAN made using Aadhaar enrollment ID before October 1, 2024, must link it by December 31, 2025 in any case. Even if you got your PAN made using Aadhaar enrollment ID, you will still need to complete the linking process. Relief given to these PAN card holders Some people have been exempted from linking PAN with Aadhaar under the Income Tax Act 1961.
