Big Administrative Reshuffle At The Centre, Secretary And Additional Secretary Appointments

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) today reshuffle the Bureaucracts across the central government ministries and departments at the Secretary, Special Secretary, and Additional Secretary levels.

Suchindra Mishra has been appointed Special Secretary, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in Secretary rank through temporary upgradation of a vacant Additional Secretary (AS) post.

Dilip Kumar has been appointed Director General (Training), Ministry of Skill Dev and Entrepreneurship, in the rank of AS, following temporary upgradation of a JS post.

Shyamal Misra has been appointed Administrator, Digital Bharat Nidhi, Department of Telecommunications, in the rank of Additional Secretary.

Aneeta C. Meshram appointed AS, President’s Secretariat, transferring from the Dept of Fertilizers, with continuation of temporary upgradation of the post as part of approved administrative restructuring.

Lay Aggarwal appointed DG, Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in the rank of AS.

Caralyn Khongwar Deshmukh appointed AS Ministry of Women and Child Dev. transferring from Social Justice and Empowerment.

Rakesh Gupta appointed AS, Department of Health and Family Welfare, following his tenure in the President’s Secretariat.
