Suchindra Mishra has been appointed Special Secretary, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in Secretary rank through temporary upgradation of a vacant Additional Secretary (AS) post.

Dilip Kumar has been appointed Director General (Training), Ministry of Skill Dev and Entrepreneurship, in the rank of AS, following temporary upgradation of a JS post.

Shyamal Misra has been appointed Administrator, Digital Bharat Nidhi, Department of Telecommunications, in the rank of Additional Secretary.
