Five UP Cadre IPS Officers Empanelled for DG-Level Posts at Centre List Headed by 1991-Batch DGP Rajeev Krishna, Four 1995-Batch Officers Included The Five senior IPS officers from the Uttar Pradesh cadre have been empanelled for Director General level posts at the Centre. The move was recently approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet. The list is led by Shri Rajeev Krishna, 1991 batch, who is currently serving as the regular Director General of Police of Uttar Pradesh. He is joined by four officers from the 1995 batch: Shri Amrendra Kumar Sengar, Shri Anupam Kulshreshtha, Shri Ashok Kumar Singh, and Shri Vijay Bhatia. The empanelment makes the officers eligible for top central leadership roles, including heading central paramilitary forces or intelligence agencies. This is part of a broader, national-level empanelment of over 30 officers cleared for central appointments.
