Minor alleges mother forced sexual acts with lover:Father takes daughter to police station, cops arrest mother, boyfriend for physical abuse

In the Hiranagar area of Indore, a minor girl (17) has leveled serious allegations of molestation against her mother and her lover. The minor said that her mother used to pressure her to have a relationship with her lover, while the lover continuously molested her. Hiranagar police station in-charge Sushil Patel said that Rahul Yadav, a resident of Devnagar, and his girlfriend (the victim’s mother) were arrested on Monday night in the case. The minor stated in her complaint that her parents live separately and their divorce case is pending in court. According to the complaint, her mother had befriended Rahul Yadav and both were living in a live-in relationship. Rahul often used to come home and inappropriately touch the minor. The victim stated that even a day before, Rahul had committed an obscene act at night and her mother supported him. After this, the victim went to her father and informed him about the entire incident, after which the matter reached the police. Mother denied the allegations During interrogation, the minor’s mother stated that all allegations were false. She told the police that she had been living with Rahul for the past five years because she had to rely on him to run the household. The woman alleged that her daughter had left home with a boy a few days ago and had recently returned. Upon this, she had reprimanded her, and Rahul had also scolded her. In this anger, the girl has made false accusations against both of them. FIR Registered, Case Investigation Ongoing As it was a case involving a minor, the police immediately informed senior officials, and an FIR was registered based on the victim’s statement. The police are now seriously investigating the matter. ​
