Additionally, they are facing difficulties in using other IRCTC services. IRCTC officials say that the website and app are experiencing issues due to technical reasons. By 11 AM, approximately 6,000 people had filed reports. According to Down Detector, 49% of complaints were about the website, 37% about the app, and 14% about ticketing.
