Haryana Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi Suffers Cardiac Arrest, Undergoes Surgery

Haryana Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi suffered a cardiac arrest, and was taken to a Fortis hospital in Mohali, where he underwent surgery. CS Anurag Rastogi was hospitalized at Fortis Hospital in Mohali After suffering a heart attack, currently in the ICU. CS Rastogi, a 1990 batch IAS officer from Moradabad, holds the record of being the first IAS officer in Haryana to serve as Chief Secretary twice. He was supposed to retire on June 30, 2025, but received a one-year extension, pushing his new retirement date to June 30, 2026.
