In the Chandranath Rath murder case involving the personal assistant of West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari, police have arrested a youth identified as Raj Singh alias Chandan from Ayodhya. He is originally a resident of Ballia district. In a joint operation conducted by Kolkata Police and Uttar Pradesh Police, two of Raj Singh’s associates were also detained. Both are reportedly residents of Bihar. Police suspect all three of being involved as shooters in the murder case.
