Bhopal has once again emerged as a centre of academic excellence with students delivering remarkable performances in the CBSE Class 12 board examinations. Students from leading schools, particularly Delhi Public School (DPS) and other reputed institutions, secured outstanding scores across Humanities, Commerce, PCM and PCB streams, highlighting the city’s strong academic culture and competitive spirit.

Girls particularly dominated the merit list with exceptional performances in multiple streams. Nitya Baradiya of Delhi Public School, Neelbad, secured an outstanding 98.8% in Humanities, emerging among the top scorers of the city. In the PCB stream, Preesha Khosla of DPS Kolar Road achieved an impressive 97%, bringing further recognition to Bhopal’s academic achievements.

In the Commerce stream, Paras Khadkar of DPS Kolar Road topped with 98.4%, while S. Sharadhi of Sagar Public School, Rohit Nagar, excelled in PCM with 97.4%.

Another notable achiever from DPS Bhopal was Abul Usman, who secured 93.2% marks in PCM. He also performed commendably in IIT-JEE Main 2026 by securing 93.45 percentile. Son of journalist Abul Hasan, Abul Usman earned appreciation for his balanced academic performance and dedication towards competitive examinations alongside board studies.

The remarkable achievements of Bhopal students reflect their dedication, disciplined preparation and the continuous support of parents, teachers and educational institutions. The results have once again reinforced Bhopal’s growing reputation as an important educational hub in Madhya Pradesh.
