Ola Electric Mobility has released its financial results for the fourth quarter and the entire financial year 2025-26 (FY26) ending March 31, 2026. The company has incurred a loss of ₹500 crore in the March quarter (January-March). In the same quarter last year, the company had a loss of ₹870 crore, meaning the company has reduced its losses by 42.5% on an annual basis. Loss Increased on Quarterly Basis Despite improvement on an annual basis, the company’s position has weakened compared to the previous quarter. Compared to the loss of ₹487 crore in October-December (December quarter), the company’s loss increased by 2.7% in the March quarter. 56.6% Decline in Operations Revenue Total expenses reduced by 58.2% Amid weak revenue, the company has cut its expenses. During the March quarter, the company’s total expenses stood at ₹546 crore, which is 58.2% lower compared to ₹1,306 crore in the same quarter last year. Meanwhile, expenses decreased 26.3% compared to the previous quarter (₹741 crore). Revenue halved in the entire financial year (FY26) For the entire financial year 2025-26, Ola Electric’s operations revenue stood at ₹2,253 crore, which is 50.1% lower compared to ₹4,514 crore in FY 2024-25 (FY25). However, the net loss for the full year decreased by 19.5% to ₹1,833 crore, which was ₹2,276 crore last year. On an annual basis, the company’s total expenses also reduced from ₹6,253 crore to ₹3,245 crore. Preparing to Raise Funds Through QIP The company stated that it is continuously assessing its liquidity position (cash situation). To meet funding requirements, the company is attempting to raise additional funds through a proposed Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). Ola’s Share Fell 29% in One Year Today, the company’s share closed at ₹36.50, down by 8 paise. In the past 6 months it has fallen by 12.85%, in one year by 28.60%, and this year, from January 1 till now, Ola’s share has dropped by 2.72%. The company’s market cap is approximately ₹15.46 crore.
