The threatening comment was posted under a Facebook post announcing his community event titled ‘Melbourne Meets Modi’ at the Marvel Stadium on 9 July. The comment was posted from an account named ‘ابو مصطفى’ (Abu Mustafa). The post stated, “ The rooftops of the stadium better close during the event or he will be coming to Australia for his death.” Current status of investigation According to sources, the police have identified the IP address related to the post and are assessing the circumstances surrounding the message and whether any criminal offences have been committed.
