Chief Minister Shri Sai paid homage to Chhattisgarh’s first woman MP and social worker Minimata ji on her death anniversary.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai paid tribute to the late Minimata Ji, Chhattisgarh’s first woman MP and social worker, on her death anniversary. Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Minimata Ji dedicated her entire life to serving humanity. She raised her voice against child marriage and the dowry system, from society to Parliament. 

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the State Government also awards the State Decoration Award in the name of Minimata Ji for outstanding contributions to society and the upliftment of women. He said that Minimata Ji’s service-oriented personality will always inspire us all.
