World’s First: Vedic Clock 2.0 Traces Time from Treta Yuga to 5 Lakh Years into Future, Launched at CM Residence Historic Leap: Vedic Clock 2.0 Launched by MP CM — Ancient Indian Timekeeping Meets Wearable Tech Vedic Wrist Watch Presented to Chief Minister At a special program organized at the Chief Minister’s residence on the occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami by the Shri Krishna Patheya Nyas under the Department of Culture, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav unveiled the Wall Version of the Vikramaditya Vedic Clock 2.0. The upgraded clock has been developed with the capability to study Panchang calculations from nearly 21 lakh years ago and to view time calculations up to 5 lakh years into the future. During his recent visit to Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, after observing the Vikramaditya Vedic Clock, had suggested further refining it and incorporating calculations from ancient eras. The Vedic Clock 2.0 has been developed in line with this vision. Under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, this is the world’s first Vedic Clock that attempts to comprehend the vast time span from Treta Yuga and Dwapar Yuga to the present era in the context of Indian time calculation. On this occasion, Director of Maharaja Vikramaditya Research Institute, Shri Shri Ram Tiwari and inventor of the Vedic Clock Wrist Watch, Shri Mayank Patidar presented a Vedic Wrist Watch to Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. Director Shri Ram Tiwari informed that Vikramaditya Vedic Clock 2.0 is an advanced attempt to bring Indian Vedic time calculation, Panchang, astrological mathematics and astronomical events onto a single platform through modern digital technology. It incorporates about 19 major Vedic and Panchang elements. The clock displays Vedic time along with Muhurta, Kala, Kashtha, Sunrise, Sunset, Moonrise, Moonset, Sun sign, Moon sign, Tithi, Paksha, Hindu month, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana, Choghadiya and major Hindu festivals and fasts. Complex Panchang calculations like Vriddhi Tithi, Adhik Maas and Kshaya Maas have also been included. He stated that the most significant feature of this clock is its long-term time calculation capability. Based on a selected date, one can view the Tithi, Paksha, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana, Hindu month and other chronological details of that time, from 21 lakh years in the past to 5 lakh years in the future. The Director added that Vedic Clock 2.0 also displays the position of Navagrahas along with the Sun and Moon, their transit in Rashi and Nakshatra, planetary transitions and direct-retrograde motions. Its core time calculation system has been developed to work offline, thus not requiring continuous internet connectivity. The Vikramaditya Vedic Clock 2.0 has now been developed not only as a wall clock but also as a modern smart wristwatch. The wristwatch provides Vedic time and Panchang information based on location, latitude and longitude. It also features a special Energy Feature that includes a model for analyzing physical, mental, intellectual, spiritual and karmic energy. This model presents daily variations based on date, time and place of birth and related astrological calculations. The Vikramaditya Vedic Clock 2.0 is an innovative confluence of Indian knowledge tradition, astronomical mathematics and modern digital and wearable technology.
