In exercise of powers under Article 223 of the Constitution of India, the President has appointed Shri Justice Sanjay Kumar Agrawal, Judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court, to perform the duties of Chief Justice of that High Court consequent upon the retirement of Shri Justice Ramesh Sinha, Chief Justice, Chhattisgarh High Court on 04.09.2026, as per a notification issued by the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice today.
