Under Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, Message of Seva, Sushasan and Sankalp Resonates with Massive Public Participation

Expressing profound gratitude for 25 years of dedicated public service by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Chhattisgarh today witnessed a massive statewide observance of the ‘Aashirwad Ke Diye’ programme under the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’. Citizens across the state participated with great enthusiasm, illuminating more than 1.50 crore diyas. From villages to cities, the lighting of lamps at various locations reflected the deep public sentiment and reverence for Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s long public life, his spirit of service, and his unwavering resolve for nation-building.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said,“Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has dedicated his entire life to the nation and to public service. Under his visionary leadership, India has achieved unprecedented and historic milestones in the fields of development, public welfare and national pride. Prime Minister Modi works day and night in the service of 140 crore fellow citizens, and under his leadership, India is rapidly advancing towards new heights of progress.”

Massive Public Participation Across All Sections:

The ‘Aashirwad Ke Diye’ programme witnessed overwhelming participation from all sections of society. Women, youth, farmers, labourers, students, public representatives and common citizens collectively lit lamps to convey their best wishes to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. At many places, attractive patterns and messages were also created using diyas.

Festive Atmosphere of Seva and Jan Bhagidari:

A unique atmosphere of service and public participation was witnessed in programmes organized across various districts of the state. A large number of citizens gathered at temples, public squares, community places and prominent grounds to light lamps. Through these programmes, the message of advancing the resolve of service, cooperation and positive change in society was disseminated.

Seva Sankalp Abhiyan from 17th September to 17th October:

Under the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’, various public service and public participation-related programmes are being organized in Chhattisgarh from 17th September to 17th October. The objective of the campaign is to take the spirit of Seva and Sushasan to every citizen and to connect various sections of society with constructive and welfare-oriented activities.
