The Ambanis are ranked second with a wealth of Rs 8.64 lakh crore, followed by ArcelorMittal’s LN Mittal and family in third place with Rs 3.40 lakh crore. According to the report, the Adani family’s wealth grew by 13%, while the Ambani family’s wealth declined by 10%. LN Mittal climbed eight places to secure the third spot, with his wealth surging by 93% on the back of tighter steel trade measures in Europe and favourable pricing policies. India now has 391 dollar billionaires, including 27 new entrants in the last year.
