US President Donald Trump has appealed to the people of Israel to re-elect Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. He said Bibi Netanyahu would never let them down. Trump warned that if Israel chose a leader other than Netanyahu, the US would have to fight Iran on its own. He said he was not willing to do that. In a message addressed to the people of Israel, Trump described Netanyahu as a “strong, brave and brilliant” leader.

Trump said he had seen Netanyahu working under extremely difficult circumstances. According to him, ordinary people would have buckled under such pressure, but Netanyahu stood firm.
