India and ADB have formalized a $125 million loan agreement to enhance urban infrastructure and climate resilience in six Assam districts. The project aims to provide continuous water supply to 360,000 residents and improve stormwater management. Key investments include new water treatment plants, distribution pipelines, and enhanced drainage networks in Guwahati.
