Dr. Manoj Kaurav had filed a complaint about receiving threats on September 20 at Gola Ka Mandir police station. The police registered an FIR on September 22. The investigation revealed that the threatening messages were sent from number 7441135496, which is registered in the name of Shivam Shakya, a resident of Bhind.
