Madhya Pradesh on alert after Delhi car blast:Police increase security at railway stations and bus stands; DIG inspects Mahakal temple at 3 am

After a blast in a moving car near Gate No. 1 of Delhi’s Lal Qila Metro Station, Madhya Pradesh remains on alert. Police are conducting special checks in Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior, and Jabalpur. Security has been heightened at major railway stations and bus stands, with passengers’ luggage screened using dog squads. Heightened security at Mahakal temple DGP Kailash Makwana held a video conference with all SPs and IGs. Meanwhile, Ujjain Range DIG Navneet Bhasin reached Mahakal Temple at 3 AM with police, instructing heightened security. Armed personnel deployment has been increased, and devotees are allowed entry only after thorough checks. The RPF team is conducting special inspections of trains arriving from Delhi. ​
