On Thursday morning, a car fell into the Barua river in Uchhehra, Satna district. Dr. Shashank Sethia, posted at Uchhehra Hospital, was in the car. Local villagers immediately started rescue operations. They pulled him out of the car and took him to Uchhehra Hospital in serious condition. After primary treatment there, he was referred to Satna. Dr. Shashank Sethia died en route to Satna District Hospital after his car went out of control and fell into the Barua River near the old bridge at Barua Tirahe around 11 AM. He was heading to duty when the accident occurred. 3 pictures of the accident site Dr. Shashank Sethia was a resident of Ward No. 4 of Uchehra town. He had been posted at Uchehra Government Hospital for about a year. He was alone in the car at the time of the accident. Police have inspected the accident site. The causes of the accident are being investigated. Currently, it is not clear why the car went out of control.
