Retail Investment Details Retail investors can apply for a minimum of one lot consisting of 128 shares, requiring an investment of ₹14,592 at the upper price band. A maximum of 13 lots (1,664 shares) can be applied for, amounting to ₹1,89,696. DIIs Buy Shares Worth ₹3,812 Crore; FIIs Remain Net Sellers On Tuesday, December 23, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) sold equities worth ₹1,794.80 crore, while Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) purchased shares worth ₹3,812.37 crore. So far this month, FIIs have sold shares worth ₹22,109.51 crore. In contrast, DIIs have continued to support the market, buying equities worth ₹59,902.71 crore during the same period. In November as well, FIIs were net sellers, offloading shares worth ₹17,500.31 crore, while DIIs made purchases worth ₹77,083.78 crore, highlighting sustained domestic support for the market. Market Closed Flat Amid Volatility On Tuesday The stock market ended nearly flat on the second trading day of the week, December 23, after swinging nearly 400 points intraday. The Sensex closed 43 points lower at 85,525, while the Nifty edged up 5 points to settle at 26,177. ​
