Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai reviewed development works and welfare schemes in Balod and Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki districts under the Su-Shasan Tihar 2026 campaign. During the review meeting, he emphasized positive thinking, accountability, and citizen-centric administration to ensure that government benefits reach every eligible beneficiary.

Key Directives by the Chief Minister:

• Speedy disposal of pending revenue cases, including land mutation, partition, demarcation, and map corrections.

• Accelerate implementation of the Chief Minister Swamitva Scheme and updating of revenue records.

• Complete the maximum number of sanctioned houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana before the monsoon season.

• Expand mason training programs to support housing construction targets.

• Achieve the target of installing 500,000 solar power systems in Chhattisgarh under the PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme by 2027.

• Launch awareness campaigns to increase public participation in solar energy adoption.

• Ensure adequate availability of seeds and fertilizers for the upcoming Kharif season.

• Promote the use of Nano Urea and Nano DAP among farmers.

• Cover all eligible farmers under the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi and complete AgriStack registration on priority.

• Strengthen women’s self-help groups under the Bihan Scheme and increase their participation in Ready-to-Eat food production.

• Intensify efforts to eliminate malnutrition through effective implementation and monitoring of nutrition programs.

Women Empowerment Achievements:

• 20,245 “Lakhpati Didis” have been created in Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki district.

• 36,312 “Lakhpati Didis” have been created in Balod district.

• Auratola village has emerged as a model “Lakhpati Gram” promoting women-led rural development.

Health and Infrastructure Focus:

• Ensure adequate medicine stock and preparedness for seasonal diseases before the monsoon.

• Strengthen TB-Free Panchayat campaigns and maternal healthcare services.

• Improve drinking water supply under the Jal Jeevan Mission.

• Complete remaining rural road projects before the rainy season.

• Expand digital governance services through e-Office, e-District, Atal Digital Service Centres, and the Seva Setu Portal.

Education, Law and Road Safety:

• Improve learning outcomes through innovation-driven and result-oriented education practices.

• Review implementation of the new criminal laws and law-and-order measures.

• Continue road safety awareness campaigns and promote helmet usage.

The Chief Minister stated that the ultimate goal of good governance is the timely, transparent, and sensitive resolution of citizens’ issues and ensuring that no eligible beneficiary is deprived of government schemes. He reiterated that delivering welfare benefits to the last person remains the administration’s highest responsibility.
