A special NIA court in Jammu has issued a fresh non-bailable warrant against Lashkar-e-Taiba chief and designated terrorist Hafiz Mohammad Saeed. He is accused of providing weapons, funds and instructions to terrorists active in the Kashmir Valley. This is the second non-bailable warrant issued against Saeed by the Jammu NIA court in less than two months. The warrant was issued during the investigation into a case related to supplying weapons and other assistance to terrorists active in Jammu and Kashmir. Earlier, in July this year, the court had issued a warrant against Saeed in connection with the investigation into the Pahalgam terror attack. The NIA had named him as one of the masterminds of the attack. Terrorist Hafiz is in Pakistan Saeed is providing weapons, money and instructions to terrorists active in the Kashmir Valley.
