BJP leader’s brother and associates pull victims from police car:Beats them over old dispute; vehicle en route to hospital; video captures incident

Late Sunday night in Sagmanya area under Kolgawan police jurisdiction, a dispute escalated into an assault, reportedly involving the nephew of BJP leader Dharmendra Singh Baraj. While the injured victims were being transported to the district hospital in a police vehicle, the BJP leader’s brother and his associates stopped the vehicle. In the presence of police, they pulled out the victims and beat them. Victims attacked over old dispute According to information, victims Sandeep Bansal and Shivprasad Kol had an old dispute with Pramod Singh Appu. On Sunday evening, Pramod and his associates attacked both of them with sticks. The injured approached the police and filed a complaint. The police then departed with them to the district hospital for medical examination.
