Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today visited the Lord Jagannath Temple located in Kunkuri, Jashpur district, where he had the divine darshan of Mahaprabhu Shri Jagannath, Mata Subhadra, and Lord Balram. Accompanied by his wife, Smt. Kaushalya Sai, the Chief Minister performed rituals and offered prayers for the happiness, prosperity, peace, and welfare of the people of the state. He also participated in the Tulsi Archana program organized by the Shri Jagannath Seva Samiti, Kunkuri, within the temple premises. On this occasion, he offered 51,000 Tulsi leaves to Lord Jagannath and performed a special puja, seeking blessings for the continuous progress of the state, social harmony, and public welfare. During his visit, the Chief Minister warmly interacted with devotees and inquired about their well-being. He appreciated the efforts of the Shri Jagannath Seva Samiti, Kunkuri, stating that Chhattisgarh’s cultural and spiritual heritage is strengthened by such religious traditions. He added that these events unite society through faith, devotion, and harmony. The Chief Minister extended his best wishes to the committee for the successful organization of this auspicious event. On this occasion, District Panchayat Vice President Shri Shaurya Pratap Singh Judev and other public representatives were also present.
