The assistance will cover the renal transplant and related treatment of 44-year-old Jitendra Kumar Yadav from Jashpur district. According to officials, Shri Yadav was suffering from severe kidney disease and required a transplant, but his family faced financial constraints. His relatives submitted an application at the Chief Minister’s Camp Office in Bagiya. Taking swift cognizance of the case, CM Sai directed immediate approval of Rs 3,95,121 for treatment at the G.R. Doshi and K.M. Mehta Institute of Kidney and Research Centre, Ahmedabad. CM Sai said the state government is committed to providing better healthcare to critically ill and economically weak patients, ensuring no family suffers due to lack of funds for life-saving treatment. The patient’s family expressed gratitude, saying the aid has made the transplant possible.
