On the first trading day of the week ie on Monday, September 29, the stock market is seeing an upward trend. Sensex is trading at 80,850 with a gain of 400 points. Nifty is also up by around 130 points, trading at 24,780 level. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 21 stocks are showing gains and 9 stocks are declining. NSE’s Metal and PSU Bank sectors are seeing gains of more than 1%. Auto, IT, Media, Pharma, Realty and Private Bank sectors are also showing strength. Only the FMCG sector is seeing a decline. The stock listed at ₹858.10 with a 13.8% premium on BSE and at ₹857 with a 13.6% gain on NSE. The IPO price band was ₹718-754 per share. Nifty also fell by 236 points, closing at 24,655. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 25 shares closed lower.
