A statue of K.F. Rustamji was unveiled at the Rustamji Armed Police Training College (RAPTC), Indore, in a dignified ceremony held at Ramchandra Nagar Square on Airport Road. The programme was organised with remarkable efficiency, dedication, and financial prudence under the leadership of Chandrashekhar Solanki, Inspector General, RAPTC Indore.

The unveiling ceremony was conducted in the presence of chief guest Chanchal Shekhar, Additional Director General of Police (Visbal), along with Dharamendra Singh Bhadoria, Deputy Inspector General, Abhishek Anand, and other senior officers and personnel of RAPTC and affiliated battalions.

During the event, the chief guest laid the foundation stone and unveiled the statue, followed by plantation activities. Senior officers highlighted the life and achievements of K.F. Rustamji, including his contributions as Director General of BSF, his role in curbing dacoity in Chambal, and his distinguished service to the nation.

Chandrashekhar Solanki delivered a thoughtful address focusing on Rustamji’s legacy and values. The programme reflected his strong commitment, disciplined planning, and sincere devotion to public service. By organising the event economically without compromising its dignity and purpose, Solanki set an inspiring example of responsible leadership.

Certificates of appreciation were distributed to officers and staff who contributed to the successful completion of the programme. The ceremony was conducted by Neeti Rajesh Dandotiya, while the vote of thanks was presented by Prachi Dwivedi.
