11 IAS officers Transferred, Ashok Barnwal Gets Health While Sandeep Yadav posted PS Forest. In Madhya Pradesh, 11 IAS and 4 State Administrative Service officers have been transferred. Additional Chief Secretary Ashok Barnwal has been given the responsibility of the health department in the order of the General Administration Department. Principal Secretary (Health) Sandeep Yadav has been replaced by Sandeep Yadav. Similarly, Manish Singh has once again been given the command of the Public Relations Department. They will have this important responsibility as well as additional charge of Transport Secretary.Similarly, Deepak Saxena, who was Public Relations Commissioner, has been made Excise Commissioner. Saxena held the post for four months. Abhijit Agarwal, who was Excise Commissioner, has been made Managing Director State Cooperative Marketing Federation. Agarwal served two years as Excise Commissioner. They have been removed just before the new excise policy came into force.
