Nirav Modi has not received any relief from the European court either, leaving him with no legal option to oppose his extradition. After the legal process was completely exhausted, the UK government started the process of handing over Nirav Modi to Indian authorities. Now Nirav Modi can be brought to India at any time. Nirav Modi has been imprisoned in a London jail since 2019. The CBI and ED are trying to extradite him in the multi-thousand-crore-rupee Punjab National Bank (PNB) scam and money laundering case.
