A Day After Retirement, IPS A. Sai Manohar Joins CM Office, Delhi Posting

Proving true the words — _“Officers like you never retire”_ — the Madhya Pradesh government has given a major contractual appointment to retired IPS officer A. Sai Manohar, just a day after his retirement.

According to highly placed sources, Sai Manohar, a 1995-batch IPS officer known for his impeccable honesty and professional integrity, has been appointed as Advisor to the Chief Minister.

He will be posted in the Chief Minister’s Office in New Delhi, where he will play a crucial role in liaison, strategic affairs and key state matters at the Centre.

Sai Manohar retired from service yesterday after a distinguished 30-year career spanning key posts like SSP Indore, IG Bhopal Range, Joint Director CBI and ADG Intelligence.

The appointment on contract basis shows the trust Chief Minister has in his experience, clean image and deep understanding of administration and intelligence.

An official order in this regard is expected shortly.
